Loskop Valley Lodge & Restaurant — Hotel in Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality

I recently stayed for 2 nights at Loskop Valley Lodge and my stay was amazing. Sarah, Elsie, Angie and the rest of the team truly made me feel like I was staying at a home away from home. From phoning me on the Friday to make sure I was fine as I was late to check in, to consistantly checking we were fine and happy! What I remember most is the helpfulness of the owner and his girl friend to accommodate my special dietary needs. Well done. The food was well prepared and the portion sizes were enormous, possibly at the point where they became too large to eat, but the home cooking was appreciated. The rooms are spacious and neat and tidy and the lodge is set in a garden atmosphere. Spent the week at the "Lapa chalet". Was clean and tidy. Nothing to complain about that. Ice and wood available thats affordable.

Place is great for camping. Not for young people though. Not much to do. Swimming pool is ok.

Place has a bar that doesn't opperate. Why that is, I dont know. Swimming pool toilets is locked due to bad condition. Grass around pool and at camping area was cut and neat.

Management not the friendliest.
