Open Doors B&B — Hotel in Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality

This is the second time I have sent my staff to this establishment. On our first visit the service was acceptable for the amount charged. On this last visit the owner was rude, unaccomdating and downright unpleasant. Our staff do physical labour and the breakfast provided is small, however we asked that if we supplied the ingredients would he prepare them, he begrudgingly agreed. One staff at the head if the table couldn't eat the breakfast due to the fact that there was ground up egg shells in the scrambled eggs, the rest of the staffs food was perfectly prepared. Rooms the shower door was broken. Our company won't use this...

I can see what they were going for but it was a complete miss. There were so many things wrong. The bathroom was horrible and the room was basic. No Wi fi. The breakfast was terrible, the coffee station is hidden away from main view and you have to use plastic spoons. The sugar spoon was crusty and the plastic coffee spoon is kept inside the coffee...

Waited about 10 minutes at the entrance gate, calls weren't answered, environment not tidy.

Pets not allowed however there's dogs.

Single Beds very old and not comfortable.

Breakfast was worse 1 egg and 1 piece of bacon.

Bathrooms is sink/IBR sheets

No sufficient parking. First come first serve basis.

Very bad...
