Tranquil, excellent location and central to a lot of attractions and retails.

We chose a cabin at umhlanga close to the pond instead of Umyenzani due to the bush being close to the chalet (looked like it hasn't been cut in ages)

The shower head didn't work properly. The swimming pool was dirty and Joseph tried cleaning but due to lack of maintenance, the pool pump gave in and wouldn't vacuum the dirt after he backwashed it.

Bad experience unfortunately. The house was filthy dirty, kitchen was awful, thankfully we had microwave meals but even the microwave was dirty. No hot water and water coming out the taps was brown. Luckily we travel with filtered water but had to "bath" in cold brown water. We could not reach the host at all and he never replied to our messages ever. Very disappointed. We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Host sent us so much information before we arrived. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The house we stayed at was spacious and clean. The highlight was the fireplace in the lounge that you could see in the main bedroom too. Lovely pool to cool off in. Staff walked us up to the ancient ruins hike.
