Khasima’s Guest house — Hotel in Emalahleni Local Municipality

I have stayed in 2 star accommodation before and this is not it, it can be compared to a travellers lodge "cheap". I only gave 2 stars because they have very friendly staff which is very accommodating. Wifi was off for 2 weeks in my month stay, bedding was changed like I would myself once a week however they clean the rest of the room daily and food is "okay" (pap, rice, chicken, beef stew and takeaway's for vegans or other...

Yhe worst customer service from the lady that works here. Her name is Jeanette, she kept telling us thaf this and that is for guests and not us. As paying guests I don't understand what that was about.
