Mall Guesthouse — Hotel in Emfuleni Local Municipality

The host was welcoming but also blatantly rude. When I checked in, I asked several questions just for my convenience and comfortability as a customer…he got irritated and told me straight to my face to go and look for another guest house, as if I am not paying for the service. Not even visitors are allowed in the rooms, what rule is that? Such a bad service if you ask me. That is really the worst experience I have ever encountered at a guest house. Just close it down if you don’t know how to work with...

Been using this guest house for the past 5 years, The hospitality is excellent, The owners are friendly and always go out of their way to accommodate you at all times, Breakfasts are huge and delicious and they even offer take away packages if you off to work early or late at night, The rooms are well kitted out and always clean and presentable thanks to Charls.

The Guest house is well situated with the Vaal Mall and shops etc just...

Very pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received. Staff went out of their way to see to it that everything was to our satisfaction. Breakfast was superb, all three days, as were the 3 rooms we had. Braai in the lap a was a treat, with hosts even supplying a "pap tert" for us. Our left over Braai was warmed for us to compliment a beautiful 3 course breakfast...
