If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Staying at Nambiti Hills was a dream destination come true for me, and it exceeded every expectation.
From the moment we arrived, everything was simply incredible. Lebo picked us up at the car parking area and welcomed us so warmly as he drove us to the lodge. The entire team made us feel right at home from the very first moment.
The food was absolutely phenomenal on both nights—every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. They were so accommodating, especially as my partner was recovering from a knee operation, always ensuring he was comfortable and had everything he needed.
One of the most unforgettable parts of our stay was how the staff helped my partner plan a surprise proposal. It was such a thoughtful and special touch that we will cherish forever.
After each amazing game drive, we would return to the lodge to find Sam waiting for us with a big smile, ready to take our drinks orders. Lebo was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, always happy to answer all our questions about the wildlife and the reserve. Bryce, the general manager, was just as fantastic—professional, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect.
The massages were an absolute dream, leaving us completely relaxed. From the beautiful rooms to the boma and the stunning lounges, every part of Nambiti Hills was thoughtfully designed and immaculately maintained.
We truly could not thank the staff enough for giving us the most beautiful, unforgettable time. It was everything I had ever hoped for and more. We can’t wait...
Read moreI highly recommend Nambiti Hills. It was a VIP experience from start to finish. The staff could not have been more attentive and friendly and the lodge and guest villas are 5 star accomodations. All of the staff members made me feel like I was part of their family. I'm a rather picky eater and they pulled out all the stops to make sure I was happy with my food selections. The Honeymoon Suite was spectacular. Lebo was our personal guide for our game drives and he helped make our trip as memorable as could be! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the animals and it felt like each game drive experience was his first as he was just excited as we were when we came upon an animal...especially the Big 5. We were fortunate enough to see 4 of the Big 5 animals on the reserve and it was a magnificent (close up) experience. I'll never go back to a zoo....it was a life changing experience being able to see all the animals free and in their own environment. I can't wait to go back and plan on taking my daugther and wife on my next trip! Thank you to all of the staff at Nambiti Hills and HUGE shout out to Lebo! Look forward to seeing you...
Read moreNambiti hills is definitely not 5 star. The staff definitely are though. The accomadation is at best 3.5 star, the food is far from fine dining, and at best 3.5 star. For what i had forked out for a 2 night weekend stay, R25 000, i expected far far more. I have did a weekend at Ndaka lodge also in nambiti, which is rated 4 star and they certainly deserve a higher rating. They were alot cheaper than nambiti hills, but we left Nadaka with smiles on our faces and a properly rested weekend. From the food, experience to accomadation, they were leagues ahead of nambiti hills regardless of price. On my day of depature, i was smacked with a bill of R2500 which puzzled me as we certainly didnt rack up that high a bill and no breakdown of the bill was provided, hmm. Also be wary of their gratuity structure which is not mandatory but you will be put on the spot about it and i was totally made to feel really uncomfortable in the general managers office whilst settling up my bill. It left a sour taste in my mouth and was a fitting end to a rather disappointing weekend. Overall true rating in my opinion is a very...
