Nauntons Guest House — Hotel in Emnambithi/Ladysmith Local Municipality

Staff were lovely and friendly . We stayed in the delux king room. The bed was Huge, BUT the mattress was really old or over used you'd have places where you'd roll into the middle or have like a sink hole in the mattress.

The pool had frogs in it and was not clean at all. Blue,but big dead bugs and leaves etc.

The service was kind of non existent via email. Never received a response until we called a few times to confirm booking . SO CALL !! They do not respond to emails.

The room was lovely needed a little bit of TLC but extremely romantic with the day bed.

My husband enjoyed the honesty bar nice to see that they're still trusting people.

An excellent overnight stop or even a short stay. Nothing to difficult for owners. We were booked to stay on a Saturday night in July. We realized enroute that we would arrive around 10am and decided to phone and find out if we could postpone our booking till 23 Aug. Absolutely no prob, it was done. Then we left Kruger 3 days early so phoned them again to find out if we could change booking to 21 Aug. No problem. Thanks to them there are not many Guest Homes that would be so accommodating. Location and scenery, excellent. Very comfortable as previous. Rooms was heated prior to my arrival, so I was pleasently supprised that it was 8degrees the next morning. However, compsred to my last stay, there were a few minor shortcomings. Wifi was intermittent, had to eventually use my own data to finish my reports. Venue says 60 dstv channels, but most channels were blocked . Venue was being setup fof a motning corporate event, so dining chairs were replaced with plastic ones, which were probably in storage, as they were dusty and...
