Terrible service. The owner's response rate to your questions or queries is long, you literally have to beg for a response. 2. The place is very shallow, poor landscaping,broken windows, dilapidated, abandoned swimming pool, shower has no handle at the door, no soap rack for the shower, nasty looking dishtowels hung on the sink, dirty, stained upolstery (sofa in my room) and the highlights were a dirty,dusty blanket from a dusty wardrobe. To top it up, the room may not have been cleaned before my stay because the dustbin was not emptied. Nasty attitude from owner,very unprofessional! Booked on Hotels.com which i love. Arrived at property...no answer at gate. Tried landline, no answer. Tried cell, lady answered who didnt know what we wanted. Said someone was coming, then did not pick up again. After 30 mins of hooting and calling, we left. Thank goodness Hotel.com sorted us out. B&B texted us more than an hour later to say where were we, after we already found and checked in elsewhere. Called us even later and while we tried to explain put the phone down on us. We were referred here by owner's friend, on arrival it was a warm welcome, and we saw there was TV and DStv and they said it was working, later as we switched it on, it wasn't connected, we then called them to come sort it out, they said they were coming and never came, owner ended up ignoring my calls.. we then waited for them to welcome other visitors, went to speak to them and they said we should've requested that way before and it's extra costs, and left us there..
