Rooms shown on travel apps are not the rooms we received. The big open glass door... only a normal wooden single door, which opens just far enough from your bed corner to get through. Linen clean and fresh! Cleaning ladies friendly. Menu for "Room Service": Lamb pie and beef pie at around R100 each. Chips extra at R35. No lasagne or chicken pie. That's the complete menu. No spirits, soda or cordials. Bottle wine in room is R165. Children playing on jungle gym just outside the rooms, so no afternoon rest after spa treatments. We had to go to Reception to call Spa technicians for each booking, no one at the spa waiting for you. Had to sign an Indemnity Agreement for the spa treatments! I enjoyed the half day spa package which included a light meal and beverages.

On arrival, the service was great. We were given welcome drinks, signed the indemnity and taken to the treatment room. The facilities are clean, well maintained and the room was very warm. The massage therapist was considerate and communicating what to expect during the treatment. I left feeling very relaxed and refreshed.

After the treatment, we had the light lunch. The food was delicious, fresh and well prepared.
