Reyneke Park cc — Hotel in Free State

We had our wedding at Reyneke park on the 7th of March. We enjoyed two night's stay in two different chalets, one to sleep 6 people and the other one for 2 people. We enjoyed the stay with all the basics covered, clean chalets with clean well looked after furniture and linnen. The gardens are also very well maintained and neat.

The service we received on our wedding day was beyond expectation!! Timely updates with photos and video's were sent from 7am that morning throughout the whole day. Les, Martie and their team were amazing with all their attention to detail! The decor and layout was perfect..the food to die for as it is made with love and done personally from scratch! The atmosphere was great!!! Les and Martie were personally involved every step of the way! The kids had a great time with their own setting, food, juice and sweets. Mattresses and movies were also available to them!

We received so many compliments on the night as well as the days to follow about the venue, food and decor. Most of our guests enjoyed 2nd, 3rd and even 4th servings!!!

We barely had to ask for service as all staff are so well trained and very prepared!! They leave no room for mistakes!

Thank you for making our special day stress free, relaxed and perfect! We wouldn't change a thing!!!

We stayed at Reyneke for 15 days with a sporting group. It served its purpose as a base. Rooms only just passed. Showers extremely small, the rooms are very dark with little lighting in needed areas- eg: near the mirror or over the jug/toaster area. There was no hairdryer, so after buying one found that the only power point suitable was near the very, very ancient TV. No mirror there so had to buy one. The beds are the worst I have ever encountered!!!!!!! So much so we bought both pillows & another doona to put underneath to try & make it softer. We will now need to visit the chiropractor on our return home. The swimming pool was|always clean, but no lounge chairs or tables around it so you could enjoy the area. For a property that is very busy with room/villa/camper bookings they need to start updating the rooms and property in general to bring it up...

We were recommended Reyneke Park Bloemfontein. Speaking to many campers there at the park, said, it was always a nice place to stop over, but no longer. The place is neat and bathrooms clean. That is so. BUT, now they have I believe, a security company and their staff staying in the chalets. The music, they walk between the caravans, no privicy, and you can go complain to management. NOTHING gets done. The noisy music..what a joke to advertise one thing, and whats done is different. I always said this is not a place to degrade and or complain about businesses, but what other resort is there if management cant control these contract workers.. All the campers complained bitterly. All I spoke to said, never again... I agree.. Never again. We left early too as it was too noisy...
