This place is over priced and VERY disappointing. The sheets were from the previous occupant. Rooms are shabby. Light flickers, TV was skew, toilet seat was loose and damaged, cracked tiles in bathroom, shower head was skew, shower tap was upside down and the wrong way around, toilet brush holder falling off the wall, bath doesn't hold water, tile grouting missing, price tag still on toilet systern, dirty marks on wall, chips in the wall, plaster, dirty veranda, fish ponds green with algae (no pump), water features not working, hazardous uneven pathways, leaves everywhere. Breakfastfast was satisfactory. Suggest you don't stay here.

I arrived in Kuruman 30 minutes before midnight, and I was very tired after a six-hour drive. Finding the place was not difficult and I did not wait long at the gate upon arrival. Leach lodge is a very nice and quite place with lots of water features. The rooms are fairly spacious with a view of some water at the back, accessible via the sliding door from the room. Oh! The room also has a jacuzzi! The breakfast was perfect, the ladies ensure that my diet requirements are catered for; I enjoyed every meal. I will definitely stay here again.

This place is over priced and very disappointing. The following are the issues I have. The sheets weren't changed from the night before. !!!!!!!! In the bathroom, the bath doesn't hold water, many places had tile grout missing, toilet seat loose, cracked floor tiles, off-white towels, shower head was skew, shower tap was upside down and the wrong way around , no soap, no hand towel, shower door leaks excessively, toilet brush holder falling off the wall, no toilet spray, no tissues in tissue box, basin doesn't hold water. In the bedroom, marks on the wall, wall plaster chipped, wood veneer missing, TV mounted on the wall skew, passage light flickers, wooden stick in place of a teaspoon. Outside, leaves all over the deck and pond 2 days in a row, water feature not working, fish pond with fish full of algae, one fish pond half empty, uneven walk way very dangerous at night, Decking dangerous to walk on. Breakfast|| was acceptable. I suggest you...

We - our family and me had a booking for 2 nights in this venue; we left the site as soon as possible because of some unbearable conditions:||There was no hygienic concept at all (Employees/Cook didn’t wear masks and did not respect the necessary distance, No sanitizer)||Bed linens and towels were used or not cleaned||A total lack of any service ||Nobody showed us around / how to navigate thru the property. (Locks, doors etc.)||Garbage/rubbish next to our rooms||No manager on duty who helped when questions occurred||A lady who looked overwhelmed with her duty||||We are long term African travelers - for 15 years - we saw over 200 different guesthouses/lodges in RSA, BOTS, NAM, ZIM - but your so called „LODGE“ got our Zero points. The whole site has seen better days - it looked torn down. Every Eco camp in the middle of the bush with no electricity and water is in better condition and offers more standards for travelers...

We booked this lodge hoping for the best available in town. We were very disappointed in ourselves and Lekkeslaap that we made a huge mistake. The place is tired with the management and some of staff a close second. We were promised a up market room with a balcony and what we found was a really small tiny room in the parking area where the toilet, hot water and TV were not working and the management simply incapable of resolving issues. Obviously the owner (Leach?) was to embarrassed to come close to the place.

In general, the place is run down, dirty and dusty, on its way out and there must be better places to stay in Kuruman - or drive through to Upington.

I do blame Lekkeslaap for not warning us and now not then later not allowing us to provide a review on...
