Upon arriving here I was absolutely blown away by the level of service and luxury. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, with all the amenities you could possibly need. This hotel's facilities are top-notch, including the safe and secure parking, friendly staff, and well-designed braai area. The place is world class, with very beautiful and clean rooms. The problem is the service. At the dinning hall there is no waiter. The people are very young and not serious. You want coffee there is no coffee and noone to ask for coffee. A spoon is on your table but clearly shows that it has been used by someone as it is covered with margarine.
