Amoris Guest House-Randburg — Hotel in Gauteng

I have never had such bad sercice in my life. We went as a group of 4 doctors as we had a course to attend in JHB. We got there and found dirty rooms with old used eyelashes on the bathroom sink and hair on the floor. The gyeser was off we showered for 3 days with cold water after multiple complaints especially room 5. Theres was strong mold smell from room 5 and 6 bathrooms. White linen had bad blood and semen stains that obviously have never been washed off. The pillows had make up feom previous user....it was really unbelievable. When we went out of first day we came back and our rooms werent cleaned , no fresh cups or glasses restocked. The coffee in the room was stale. We had to ask them to clean our rooms at night and they said well you should have asked us with such rude attitude instead of just saying sorry we will do it next time....and to even have the cheek to say you can check ither rooms are clean here as if to imply that only our rooms are dirty....im not bithered about other rooms that have nothing to do with me im worried about my room whose cleanliness affect my health and frankly my happiness. I was utterly disgusted it doesnt even deserve 1 star. Our rooms had no views if anything. Poor ventilation, no aircon no fans even. Dirty kitchen with dirty pots and cuttlery to self cater we just bought food...

I had a VERY bad stay. I booked the King room and paid for it. On arrival I was given a completely different and MUCH smaller room. After complaining about it, I was told that the person who was staying in the king room extended their stay so I would not be able to get the King room even though I PAID FOR IT. I was very upset because the main reason I went to this guest house was for the King room which has a balcony and a view of the pool instead I got a much smaller room without a balcony. I paid extra money for the King room and I didn’t even get to stay in it. The staff was not helpful and said that they work on “first come first serve” basis regardless of what you booked and paid for. I will definitely not go back to Amoris Guest House in Randburg. Go there at your own risk and be prepared to get any room they give you regardless of what you booked...

We have booked in this Guest has on the 14/11/21 upon arrival the reception lady was friendly and helpful, But we could not pay because the card Masjien because it did not work in the 1 st place, the room aircon did not work - the shower was in the bath and to get in and out was not safe because it was too high from the floor, the owner told the reception that we need to do the transfer first before he will give as a Tax invoice so we did do an immediate transfer and send the proof via SMS and email - I asked for an invoice 4 days ago need it for work. The lady told me that the owner will send it to me on the same day but it did not happen I did request it 6 times and the only response I get is that they will send it but up to now I didn't receive it.
