Bronberg Bastion — Hotel in Gauteng

The moment we arrived we were met with all 5 pups, ready to welcome us to Bronberg Bastion. We instantly felt at home as we walked into our room where we were pleasantly surprised at how beautifully unique and rustic the decor is. The little touches in the room really made me smile- shampoo and soap in the shower, a makeup cloth for us ladies, a super sweet container with a few goodies which may have been forgotten while packing and so much more. Morning coffee on the roof overlooking a beautiful view. Lovely walk through the stunning garden (the little Jack Russell was kind enough to give us a tour😉). Martie and Jacs made the entire experience even more memorable, with their kind and generous spirits, very eager to help. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, evident to this stunning place. The enchanting way nature was brought to life whilst building this gorgeous property is just amazing. The classy decorated rooms are huge and comfortable. The little kitchenette had everything we might need for our short stay. The shower is spacious and beautiful with the rock walls. We stayed one night only, wish we had more. I adored the gentle friendly dogs, lots of face kisses and laughter just watching them play. Special thanks to Jacs who changed our room to a ground floor unit. It is wheelchair safe. I could easily move around with my crutches due to a knee replacement. What a magical place in Tierpoort on the South Eastern side of Pretoria.The rooms and decor are artistically and tastefully furnished and decorated.The views are amazing from the rooms and also the upper deck outside platform.Hosts ,Martie and Jacs were so friendly and went out of their way to make us really feel at home.Jacs even baked special Banting waffels for breakfast.A perfect stay for anyone attending any local wedding venu with relaxing rooms,lounges and a fully equipped kitchen.The families dogs greeted us warmly on our arrival and made friends with the young children in our group.Special touches like shampoo,soap in the shower and fresh lemons on the...
