Brovad Guesthouse — Hotel in Gauteng

The room had no air conditioner as promised,there was no hot water,the staff were not friendly,the gate took forever to be opened, no orientation of the place,toilet paper was the cheap stuff ,when you ask for manager or owner the staff just looks at you...not impressed at all...would not recommend...

place has good potential, they helped me out very late at night, bedroom is decent but the aircon was holding on for dear life. service was really good the reception lady was polite and helpful. thought there would have been a pool but was...

It's such a nice place in a safe serenity, the prices are affordable and yet very clean and the beds are so comfortable. I had a wonderful stay hope to see you again...
