Ecomotel Germiston — Hotel in Gauteng

I'm a regular visitor to the Motel in Primrose and have never had anything but excellent service. During the day if I phone and speak to Princess or Tumekha I'm always treated like a the most important guest of the day, ready to ensure I get the room of my choice and ensure everything is perfect for my arrival. When i go in person to the motel to book,all the staff who recognise me greet me with a smile and a welcoming greeting. Portia the manager and the two ladies I mentioned above are always on hand with a smile and we enjoy a few words of chat as we are now old friends. I always feel very welcome and special. The rooms are always spotless and the bedding and towels crisp and fresh. When I arrive in the evening after the day staff have left for home I have the pleasure of dealing with Phineas who is always very friendly and efficient.

Congratulations to the management and staff for such excellent service. I would also like to thank the owners for the frequent visitor program that allows for a FREE overnight stay for every ten visits, much appreciated. Visited the primrose /germiston motel this past weekend.To my arrival there was no water ,which I was only informed about after I paid however the receptionist was kind and Provided water.I found a spider in the same water therefore I could not use it.The toilet flushing system was not working and the room had a lot ants.The following morning the water was up and running however the water was cold in the morning I was informed that they needed to put the geyser on in order to get hot water.Once this was done we had a issue whereby the water was running out at a normal pace.After being patient and loosing it I asked that myself and partner be moved to another room to bath and checkout.Honestly a lot of improvements can be done,my stay had a lot of...

Really basic motel style place. Easy acess. Nice you can park outside your door, makes it easy to unpack & pack up afterwards. Next to a busy road so mornings & evenings there is constant traffic noise.

Tiny TV, same size as my laptop screen, with most channels having bad reception, however you could plug in a usb stick & watch your favourite movie as ling as it is in one of the more popular movie formats, such as Avi or Mp4. The room has no fridge, microwave, dishes or cutlery, polystyrene cups & no kettle. Only hand towels available.

However for a convenient, cheapish nights sleepover it should be sufficient for the not so...
