I was deeply disappointed with my experience. The pictures advertised did not reflect the reality of what I encountered in person. The service was bad, and the room was extremely small. Additionally, the blankets had an unpleasant odor, which was concerning. It appears that after use, the blankets are not properly washed; instead, they are placed on the washing line to create the impression of cleanliness and then returned to the room.I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The Wi-Fi does not function properly, especially when multiple people are using it, rendering it unreliable. The bedding provided is torn, and there are no towels available in the bathrooms. Additionally, the beds are in poor condition making them uncomfortable to sleep on. The presence of bugs in the kitchen is highly concerning, and the kitchen cloths are visibly dirty, which raises significant hygiene issues. Furthermore, while some of the staff are polite and professional, others do not treat guests with the respect and courtesy one would expect. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory.

Good Day.. I am not happy with the service received... we booked on Saturday the 27th and there was a part next doodr to us.. we never slept at all because of the noise from our neighbour.. Surely that a place to rest.. they should have told us that there was a party.. we wouldn't have bothered. the lady when we met never bothered to ask us how our stay was .. or rather to apologies on behalf of the Neighbours.. The pillows are very uncomfortable. the fridge wasn't working. Surely all this needs to be communicated to the guest, give or rather offer an alternative... please upgrade...

I was very disappointed. After a long day of driving my manger stayed here. He was so cross with the Accomadation he resigned from work. He thought I was aware of how bad the Accomadation was and how dangerous the area looked. He thought I was trying to force him to resign. The wall in the photos is not there. If is not an enclosed area. The showers are shared and the beds are dirty and old. Not a place to stay if you value...
