Galaxy Guest House Pretoria — Hotel in Gauteng

We booked for two nights and payed a week before arriving, the first night it was okay. The second night when we arrive Gates were locked and doors ...We waited waited on the gate for an hour calling for them to open they did not...We had to take another money to book another guest house while we payed. When we arrive to the new guesthouse we called she answered and said she was on medication...and where were other workers ? If she was on medication ..then we asked her to refund us our money and make it immediate payment...Yhooo that girl said as long as she send the money without any remorse..Girl did normal EFT ...we got our after 3days. My partner and I booked a room for a night. When we arrived at the place, we got a shock of our lives. The quality of the bed was bad. The room doesn't even have bathroom nor a toilet.
