If you're looking for somewhere to spend a single night it's fine, it's an acceptable place to stay. The room was spacious, clean and tidy but very strange.
I can't describe this so I'll tell a story instead. We arrived at 2am (we got keys earlier) after a wedding nearby, hooting and buzzing at the gate to be let in. Desperate for a shower i opened the only other door in the room expecting a bathroom and found instead an unfurnished kitchen with a corridor leading away to more closed doors and a tiny shower. The shower room was so small I had to literally squeeze myself around the door to close it and I'm thin. The shower nozzles were severely blocked and sprayed water everywhere except onto me, being made of plastic the head started to bulge from the water pressure so I decided to give up rather than end up impaled by an exploding shower head. I squeezed past the door again to exit. By this point another bathroom was discovered behind a closed door I'd dismissed as a different suite so we managed to shower eventually. At this point I was exhausted and fell asleep in the enormous and quite comfortable bed. Breakfast was very simple; eggs, beans, bacon, hash browns, toast and some cereal. Not awful but not super appealing either. The whole place seems disjointed and (badly) renovated from whatever random buildings were available on the property. Would...
Read moreAm running out of words to describe the beauty of the place. We went there for 3 days and it felt like home. The security are hands on and friendly, we were a big team of 22 adults and they really managed us well. The bedrooms were clean, neat and comfortable. As many as we were, we didnt run out of hot water in the morning. The hospitality personels and gardeners you really did a great job during our stay there, given the mess that we would create at night.
Mmabatho and the other light complexioned lady in the kitchen, i do appreciate your patience and your hard work, you can never make everyone happy especially in a group, but you did your best. Put those crowns tight on my Queens. And what does one say with a Manager like Hashel.? You are good at what you do Bro, thank you for everything and keep up the good work. May the good Lord bless you. Richard in the reception, so patient and soft spoken Saprin the Team Building Fascilitator i give you 10/10 Bro. Maetabasa

Read moreI'm terribly disappointed in the place. Arrived there with a very friendly reception. The lady asked if we would like to order dinner, but the kitchen closes at 4h30pm. (After being on the menu all week until 21h00.) We were shown to our room. It looks like a commune, you will have no privacy if it is fully booked. So of course we lock the door, with a struggle. There is also not a microwave in the room, so if we would have ordered dinner and later wanted to eat. Later my husband wanted to go out to smoke. The key broke in the door and there we were trapped in a prison. Call to boredom with NO emergency number available. Hanging out of the windows like monkeys and screaming for help. No one in sight. It costs us to let our daughter come from Pretoria North in the evening to inform the security at the gate that we are stuck in the room. He comes to help us. Gave us a new key but the room could not lock. I specifically booked a room with a bath. In vain, no hot water for the evening. The next morning 7h40 I got hold of the office. They will immediately send someone says the lady. At 9h00 we had to go, no one showed up or call. On the plus side, it was one of the cleanest places we've ever been. But regardless will not...
