The time we spent was epic, yet the pictures are very misleading, for starters, the pic of the big pool was not as appetising, it was rather disappointing to see the empty pool with so much dirt inside. we booked the Lapa on time, but to be met with dirty, unprepared tables and floors which seems to have had gravies from surely previous patrons. we had to approach the young guy (who was helpful) to come and have him clean the Lapa we had occupied. the vacant pools were dirty, pity we arrived earlier to ensure that we would prepare on time and head home while time was still on our side, thus we realised pools had probably not been cleaned prior, one of our colleagues had to ask the grounds man over 4 times just to do something with the dirty pool, worse with a dead frog inside a sure sign that maintenance was something the place lacks. above all i guess nice moments will surely be something that will be made by people coming there, rather be well prepared, the place has lots of potential, and this wont deter people from coming, but should be taken as a wake up call to dearly do something with the place to attract even more customers who are willing to come. for now, please up your market, fill that big pool we so wanted to be in with water, thoroughly clean the other pools as well for that still remains one of the attributes that makes us to flock to that place. above all thanks for...

I honestly wouldn't recommend this place. Not only was the pool area dirty, but one of the pools needed to be filled up (due to this, many people were chilling in the pool that had the slide, disrupting those who wanted to use the slide). There was also litter all over the place (near the pool area, on the braai stands, and around the lapa). There weren't any available dustbins. There was no security at the entrance when we arrived (meaning anyone could enter whenever they wanted), and the security guy only arrived hours later to monitor who was entering the premises. The staff by the pool entrance were rude. There was no running water, toilet paper, or hand washing in the toilets.

The place is half complete. It's a self service but the rooms do not have zinc or a small cabinet for plates and cutlery. There's not even cutlery in the rooms to cut a slice of bread. There are no dish cloths or soap to wash the 4 plates they have put on the rooms. The cleaner washes dishes I the basin on the bathroom, how disgusting 🫣. The so-called kitchen offered I filthy and dilapidated. The pots given to us for use did not have any lids, how do you cook with such. When we checked in we found out that our quotation was amended and added extra money which we were forced to pay.
