Le Cozmo Guesthouse — Hotel in Gauteng

The rooms we stayed in were minuscule - we were traveling with two suitcases and the only room to open them was on the bed! There simply was no space on the floor to leave the suitcases open! Everything in the room was either tied or fixed to something to prevent theft - which prompts some questions about the view on guests.||The mattresses were really worn out so that sleep was not very comfortable. ||The "pool" is ridiculous - it's more of a water basin than an actual pool (approx. size: 2mx2m). ||The biggest annoyance, however, was breakfast: upon arrival we were informed that breakfast was served until 8 o'clock in the morning - and that these times were "strict", no exceptions allowed! With check-out until 10 o'clock I really cannot understand these breakfast times - and the tone in which this is promoted is not making you feel very welcome. ||The only positive thing about this gesthouse would be its convenient location in a safe neighborhood and its proximity to the highway for...

Hi Faizal, your hospitality wasn't pleasant at all, thought I should share with u. U made me feel unwelcomed from the minute I walked when talking about the payment issue. Secondly carpets were dirty, lastly but not least, u called me in the morning after I left to check if I'm coming back even before checkout time, I'm sorry buddy but it was just unpleasant feeling to be by ur place. I can also see it from my partners face that she's also not happy after she stood outside as if we have been chased. My feeling is that u were more interested on our money other than accommodating us. I might be wrong. But look it's done its done. Don't think I will ever stay there. Morning, the room and the rest of the place is beautiful. Inside the room I could'nt get the tv to work the electricity trip and no lights. They switched it on. During the night the lights tripped again. Somebody switched it on. I wanted to contact somebody but just left the problem. I feel for the prize I paid things like that should'nt happen....or they should pay...
