I recently stayed at this hotel, and despite some room issues, I had a great experience overall! 🤩 The hotel's location is super convenient, right near the South Gate Mall 🚶‍♀️🛍️, and there's a spacious garage just a stone's throw away 🚗👍.

The pool 🏊‍♀️ was beautiful and big, and the adjacent resort 🌳🏞️ offered plenty of activities to enjoy. I loved the fresh and delicious food 🍴👌, and the prices were very affordable 💸👍. The basil seed drink 🌱🍵 was a highlight - it was refreshing and tasty! 😋

Although my room wasn't the best, with a dirty floor 😐 and some maintenance issues, I noticed the other rooms were nice and big 🤩. Maybe just a one-off issue? 🤔

The hotel also has various conference halls 📚👥, perfect for events and meetings.

One of the best parts? The kids' playing area 🤸‍♀️🎉 right near the mall's South Gate! I had a blast on the trampoline 🥰.

Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel for its great location, food, and amenities. Just maybe request a different room? 😊👍

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. Here’s a summary of the issues I faced: • Cleanliness: The room had cockroaches, mosquitoes, off-white sheets, dirty walls, and dust everywhere. • Facilities: The pool was filthy, the air conditioning remote didn’t work properly, and only one TV channel (SABC1) was available. The hot water wasn’t working, the bathtub was non-functional, and the unstable floor made worrying sounds. • Amenities: There was no iron in the room, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. • Service: Poor communication regarding meals, and I had to wait nearly three hours for food. • Planning: Overall, the hotel felt poorly managed and disorganized.
