Midrand B&B t/a Midrand Wild Goose Guest House B&B — Hotel in Gauteng

On a recent business trip to Johannesburg I had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Guest House. Although I arrived late - which would normally put other guest house owners in a bad mood - Shay welcomed me in a sincere and friendly manner. ||||My room was well equipped and spacious beyond my expectations. and extremely comfortable during the cold evenings. The guest house is located in a serene location at Kyalami, Midrand. your Mr. and Mrs Joseph with their lovely daughters will give you the best service. i had a home away from experience with their hospitality and warm hearts. the environment is great, the compound extensive and the lounge a great place to sit meditate of have a chat with friends. ||the guest house is locate d within 40 mins of almost all the greatest places you could want to visit while in Joburg including being only 40 mins away from the airport.||the rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and a great shower. ||while there, make sure you take Mr. Josephs Omelette,...

It was peaceful and quiet. At least during the time I stayed there (16 - 23 Dec). The owners told me that the guest can get very loud at times. I always had my breakfast on my balcony. The room was also spacious and the bed was particularly big. There was more than enough bed linen and fresh towels. The TV was small and old style but the selection of Dstv channels was very good. Free WiFi was also brilliant.

This place is only about 6km from the Boulders Mall and the Gautrain station but there's nothing in between. You always have to drive / take a cab to go anywhere.
