The Price and the Host are the Only Good thing about the Lodge. No Cafe/Utility Shop on Premises. No Restaurant/Pub/Take Away Shop on Premises. No Showers in Chalets. No Microwaves or Stoves. Only some Chalets have Fridges or Kettles in them. Baths in Chalets are Incredibly Small. (Had to Bath sitting up as to small to lie down/soak in) Unsitely Dumps Site right behind Lodge. Heated Pool was Broken. Filter systems were broken in both pools so was infested with insects. (My partner even got stung by a wasp floating in the pool amidst all the other insects). Putt Putt Course was in Dissarray. (Not to mention Lodge had no putters or balls). Obstacle Course falling apart and a serious danger to anyone foolhardy enough to attempt using it. Locals behind the Resort would reguraly jump the fence in hordes to use pools free of charge as a communial bathing area! Resort is owned by a church, so I'm guessing they just rent it out on the side for a little bit of pocket change, when not in use by them. So they are not really reliant on any decent upkeep or customer service as it is not meant to be a money maker to them. Not even deserving of 1 star....

Worst administration in the world. I have been trying to get a quotation for a booking for3 weeks. I even drove there and they reserved the date for me in the system. I asked for a quotation so that I can pay but they did not send for two weeks. They kept saying they will send shortly whenever i called or whatsapped.

Eventually they sent but the booking was wrong. I asked for a rectification, which they did after 2 days. A few hours after sending the quote, they then said the dates are no longer available. I reached out without success to get an explanation given that i had spoken to then on numerous occassions to make sure we reserve the date. The delay was on their end but they just do not care.

The facilities are decent but their administration and customer service is beyond unprofessional. May groups from my organization usually use them but I will make...

We were there for a school camp and we enjoyed our stay. The site manager, Natasha, was the best site manager. Her response time was effective, and she had a great personality. If you are a person with nature, you'll definitely love it here.

The place is super clean and nice. Rooms, toilets, class, office, and dining hall were always clean. Even with the number of people we had, they always made sure the toilets were always clean and packed with toilets papers. Let's not forget the hot water part, it's usually a problem when there's a big group, but with this place, we didn't get lot of complains.
