My House Guest house — Hotel in Gauteng

The day we arrived there was a power outage and we sat in darkness for the night, power came back on morning hours. The aircon goes on and off and makes a noise so it keeps you up. The general power output is weak: the kettle takes longggg to boil, the lights are dim and the fridge and aircon takes turns to go on and off. Room 11 (the room we had) had a toilet seat that was completely loose and we had to take it off for the safety of our daughter. The next day we woke to no electricity too. No one came to explain this extreme inconvenience. When I brought it to the attention of the lady at reception she realised the electricity was DONE!!! The area in which the guest house is situated made me feel unsafe. There is no microwave in the house where we stayed instead there was a microwave in the other property in the yard. So every time we wanted to warm or cook something we had to leave the house to go to the other property. The place has potential but it seems like the people there couldn’t care less about guests and how we feel. It’s a matter of you take what you get, seemingly.
