Poor service. They don't provide towels. Their water is cold😡😡😡. I payed 600 for nothing exciting. I had to ask for a kettle so I may bath. I went there during June this year. There was dust all over the place. We couldn't lock the door because the handle was broken and they convinced us that no one will enter here they have cameras. Their toilet window was also broken. I couldn't close it. I was not happy at all. I so wish they may improve their standard. I do believe that 600 it's a lot of money to receive such bad...

I was there a few days ago, and I was really impressed with the service I got. There was a minor issue though while I was there and when I contacted the manager, she got into it immediately and solved it for me :) There is nothing like a perfect business, but I appreciate people who go above and beyond to make sure that people are happy and comfortable. Pity I couldn't take a swim in the lovely, clean pool because the weather didn't allow it. But I will definitely be back there soon. Thanks...

First of all the location on Google maps is wrong. You will definitely get lost and secondly the receptionist don't have a clue to what their prices are. We were given three different prices for our room until the owner was called. That was a very dodgy situation. One of the helpers of the Guesthouse got in our room to drop blankets and we were eating and she had the nerve to ask us for our food as if she doesn't get paid to eat. That was a very uncomfortable situation. They need...
