I understand no Eskom but on arrival the hostess was irritable and short and I would have expected a more compassionate approach. No kettle in rooms, no soap in dispensaries shower, cream in hand soap bottle, no TV, no attempt to offer hot water or a shared gas bottle more so for the ladies in our group...sort of an expensive camping experiance.
