So there we were, driving around in Dinokeng finding ourselves outside an entrance gate waiting for it to open so that we can enter. Lucky for us, there was another car infront of us waiting the same. The goal was to find Injabulo and see the train. Following a widy dusty road, the next moment we arrive at the gate with 2 other vehicles and a lady out of africa welcoming us in. I parked the car and she told us to climb aboard the game viewer. I quickly realised that the other 2 vehicles were expected so I informed Monique that we don't have any reservation. Monique was to happy to welcome us with opn arms. A short drive away and we arrived at our destination. We were blown away by the beautiful setting and warm reception. A long story short, we had the priviledge of spending time on the deck with fellow guests and listening to the story of the owners and train. We had a short stay, too short, but were treated like royalty. We will definately be making an over night reservation soon!
Thank you Monique and team for such a unique experience...

(NOT your ordinary menu, choices are difficult because everything sounded delicious.)All the food is freshly prepared. The train coach (used for dinners) was amazing. EVERYTHING about the place seem to have a story. It is very neat, each decoration put in place with a purpose. I understand why the Restaurant does not cater for kids. The owners have a passion for food wildlife and for Dinokeng. I wish we could have stayed longer, the Cheese tasting sounded divine! We will...
