There is a zimbabwean lady who works there,the one who normally picks up the phone she is terribly rude and must be taught how to communicate with customers,i visited them yesterday wanted to book 2 rooms for 3 nights,upon telling her that i have a 10 month old baby she started swearing at me,not communicating but swearing and insulting that if my baby urinates on their bed ,she will make me buy their bed,i wondered hw my baby will urinate on the bed since she is still on diapers all the time,she even said she fight with me,ohh i have never seen such madness and bitterness,unfortunately i said thank u but i will have to look for...

Easiest one star I've ever given. Rooms affordable, look decent. But they ONLY accept cash, and don't tell you until you're there. They let me leave my things in their room, while we went to look for cash. We failed and decided to go somewhere else. So I went to the room to collect my things and decided to pee, not even for 2 minutes. Jiki Jiki, the lady is rudely shouting at us to get out of there! I had booked for a night as I wanted time alone. What a terrible mistake that was! From the lady who answers calls to the way that place is!
