What a horrible experience 😣 I made an enquiry with the lodge as I wanted to spend a day there to celebrate my birthday. I asked on their WhatsApp number to book for a party of 5 for horse riding and was told “no need to book, just pitch” and we did exactly that. On arrival, we spoke to the gentleman at the gate, informed him of what we planned, and he okayed everything so we paid for everything with him, he then informed us that we would be able to go for horse riding at 14:30 and he would call us. We asked him how the seating arrangements work and he said he would sat us up, we waited for 5 minutes eventually found a tent, and he changed his tune saying we must find our own table and set up, which we did. 20 minutes later, we go back to him to find out what time we are leaving for the horse riding “ I will call you” was his response again. The driver finally came to collect us after 15:00, we drove for about 5 minutes or so, we get to the horse riding place only to be told they do not have horses for us as they were not told about our coming there and that they need time to prepare horses and they close at 4pm, mind you it’s already 15:30. We drove over an hour to get there, drove on a horrible gravel road only for us to not even do what we went there for. Definitely would not recommend this place. The swimming pools are dirty, the play areas need a lot of improvement and also your staff need training on how to provide...

Terrible customer service from their rude employees at the entrance. We were given the wrong tags for the activity and were denied access, had to go up and down before we were assisted where the man at the entrsnce failed to communicate with his team that they had run out of a certain color band and that they will be using another color. We did the quad biking activity, my Aunt got injured just as we started the activity. Their staff members were so unresponsive, we had to BEG for a first aid kit which we received an hour later after the incident. We did not get to quad bike, we asked for a refund and they refused to help us. The manager is just as useless as the team! Never going back and I do not recommend this place. We tried respectfully to resolve this issue but their staff members are money driven incompetent...

The end year adventures time given to ride on the helicopter,quadbike and horses was under 3 mins I got on the quadbike for less than a minute imagine you go on 2 shortest laps and the horse ride I did not even get to ride because of long line and when we got back the horses where gone imagine no refunds what a day light robbery Shame . At the gate they lied to us telling us all the rides are about 30min-1 hour shame lies they are all under 2 minutes please do not waste your money on those activities they are robbing us the time and service is bad 😔 they rush you 😤😡 it was the last time I go there no more this people are playing us as if...
