We recently stayed at Bella Manga (early December 2022). We've been before as a couple and thought it was excellent, this time with our 20-month-old son and it was even better. It's a magnificent farm ±-15km outside of Plettenberg Bay, offering the peace and quiet we hoped for. We chose the Sunbird room because of the bath, and it was perfectly spacious, stylishly decorated, immaculate and clean. The room had a bar fridge and coffee making station. A campcot was available to use. We chose the B&B option, with the breakfast offering being 5 star quality. For the rest we self-catered, bringing our groceries only, and the communal Dairy Lounge was fully equipped with everything else we could possibly need (including everything needed to braai! Wood, firefighters, tongs, the works). There was Wi-Fi with very good availability. Our son loved visiting the chickens, goats, pigs, cows and donkeys on the farm. There was a jungle gym with swings and beautiful open space to play. We loved the swimming pool despite the cooler weather, it is unfenced so we didn't let our son out of our sight. We will be back. From our arrival to departure we received Top Class service from the Staff and Owners. Being welcomed by Jenny and Elodi, Elodi giving us the grand tour of the establishment and our units. The fully equipped kitchens with the scrumptious welcoming rusks, units were super clean and inviting with the servicing staff popping in every few days. The early morning and evening visits from the cows and the visits from the 3 donkeys was an experience we will treasure. Everyone enjoyed the pool and fully equipped clubhouse area, even watching the rugby at 23h00 was an absolute pleasure. We enjoyed watching the rugby with Chris who was an exceptional host, making everyone feel at home. Thank you Markus for topping up the wood every day, your kindness and diligence was well noted and appreciated.
