We recently had the pleasure of staying at Outeniquabosch Lodge and Venue for the second time, and once again, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly owners Jean and Chandré and their attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was great seeing Bertus and Margaret again :-)

The service was fantastic, and the food was absolutely amazing, every meal felt like a treat for the senses! The kids loved it as much as we did, and they’re already asking when we can come back.

The swimming pool and lapa area was a highlight for all of us. It’s beautifully maintained and offers the perfect spot to relax while taking in the stunning views that surround the lodge. The serene setting and breathtaking scenery truly make this place a slice of paradise.

A special mention goes to the lodge’s lovely dogs, Skye and Rocky, the adorable sheep, and the beautiful horses, Whisper and Secret. They all added so much charm and warmth to our experience, making it extra special for the whole family.

We can’t thank the team enough for their hospitality and are already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re looking for a peaceful, welcoming retreat with exceptional service, amazing food, and a touch of magic, this is the place to go!

We had our wedding at this stunning venue over the weekend. From my first interaction with Chandre and Jean, nothing was ever too much trouble. They were professional and welcoming and made our wedding amazing. The Executive suite was perfect, with ample space to get ready before the wedding. The communication from both Chandre and Jean made my wedding day stress free, they just made everything work effortlessly. The handled the load shedding and loss of power in such a manner that I wasn't even aware of power issues until after the wedding. Outeniquabosch is truly a jewel in the Garden Route and I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a wedding venue or just a lovely...

We were lucky enough to spend 11 nights of our holiday at Outeniquabosch Lodge... it's hard to put into words how amazing this time was for our family.||||Jean, Bertus, Margaret, their family and two dogs, are wonderful hosts and when they said "make yourself at home", they truly meant it. This really is a "home away from home"||||The lodge is set on a beautiful farm, just far enough from town for peace and quiet, but close enough to enjoy local attractions and beaches.||||We already miss the sound of the sheep in the morning and chatting with Jean and Bertus over breakfast, which always had a delicious surprise from Margaret's kitchen.||||We will be...
