Kaste guesthouse — Hotel in Govan Mbeki Local Municipality

I made a booking via Trivago. Arriving at the geust house at 17:00 the room was not yet ready. The room which they got ready for me was not at all which was presented on the booking website. A double bed was squashed into a very small room at the back of the premises with a very small bathroom. So small I needed to ask the receptionist there it was. When I asked the receptionist what is going on she said there are 3 room and the one offered to me is not the one on the website. I am going to be honest I did not expect much but the hostility I was treated with by receptionist was very unprofessional and the room was nothing like the expectation created by the booking website. I will not recommend this...

Honestly speaking to rate this place a 2.5 is unbelievible. To start the simplelist thing such as television was ridiculous. There is no WIFI and the electricity gets put off at a certian time (not load shedding) and is put on agian in the morning. Water temperature varies while showering and the beds are horricfic. Fair enough, from the outside the place looks great, but in the few times ive visited and stayed in Secunda, The Kaste left a nasty after taste in my mouth...to...

The place is not for many days booking. One night when a person is stranded. Five rooms where people not knowing each other sharing one bathroom. Its uncalled for. Not even a hand basin to wash hands in most of the rooms. That is totally wrong on this...
