The central reservation call centre agents are by far the most unprofessional agents that I have dealt with to date. On three different occasions, speaking to three different individuals and I experienced the same beyond poor level of service. Each time I was on hold for 10min+ and when my call was eventually answered the agents sounded very tired and disinterested when communicating with me...I don't know if Peermont is not paying these individuals enough or what it is that is making them so despondent but they have clearly checked out. I implore the management to please listen to the 3 calls that I made today between 12:10 and 12:45 and give me feedback. As a professional conference organizer, travel booker and a member of PCO Alliance and SA Events Council, the reception by these reservation agents is simply appalling! If my client didn't insist on staying at this property, I would have long moved this booking to another property that values...
   Read moreThe worst experience of my life. Every morning at 6 am, my shower would run out of water and I would have to shower with cold water beginning of winter. The airport shuttle is so unprofessional. On the way to the airport he picked up a friend (son as he claimed) and he was distracted and kept on looking away from the road. We were almost in an accident because he was driving too fast to stop in time for a car that went into his lane. He had the nerve to still continue driving at high speed while refusingto.    Read moreThere is absolutely nothing to write home about regarding this hotel. The staff member that checked us in had a terrible attitude. She seemed disinterested in assisting us. Had to ask another staff member working in the corridors where the dinning hall was because the one who checked us in didn’t give us much assistance. The rooms are average, a bit outdated for my liking.
