Good food, great setting, unfortunately lack of investment into waitron training is purely evident. Complete lack of understanding the menu, not able to answer any questions in respect of the menu, waited roughly 10 mins. for cutlery after the food had been served, tables nearby had not been cleared, for entire sitting, roughly 1 hour, , rather sad as there had not been a cent spared on infrastructure, aesthetics, quality of food. Club manager did nothing to save the situation, not even a simple apology however did offer to relay my concerns to the head manager. Hopefully he/she reads this post and start seriously focusing energy into staff training e.g. products, language, emotional intelligence etc. What was meant to be a great outing with family, turned into an event with frustration and...

A lovely remote location in the Eastern Cape, perfect for large yet intimate events.

From the well manicured lawns to the tastful restaurants and sports bar...the place is great for a relaxed getaway.

One of the team leads was a little stern with the learners that were curious about the golf carts, so please don't touch those unless you have a booking to use them.

The place only shares individual wifi codes subject to arrangements with the hosts, otherwise day guests generally don't get the wifi codes.

There are plenty photographic spots but, the nooks near the restaurant weren't cleared up after people had smoked and eaten there.

Overall great atmosphere and perfect scenery with a few wild animals roaming to add to that...

It’s a beautiful establishment but guest care is atrocious. Upon checkout we had to beg to get a cart to carry our bags to reception. Every single basic thing has to be okayed by the manager. Whilst waiting for our cab, we asked to sit on some outside sitting under a patio, after being told the restaurant was full. The white young lady at reception was very snappy and refused saying that space is reserved for golfers. I mean, a 15minute wait for a guest that just checked out should not be this hard. We ended up sitting anyway. Guests should be treated the same at checkin and at checkout.

Having traveled all the way from Joburg just experience this place was a let down at the last minute, I don’t think...
