The rooms posted on Google does not match the actual room am staying in. The food is like one specific meal forced onto you. There is no menu to choose from as to what you going to eat. You have to eat what they have prepared, whether you afe allergic to some foods or not. This means you will go buy food for yourself. Food is strictly brought to your room where you have to eat We were brought up to eat in a dining room, it's all part of discipline and respect. Then the pictures on Google show the built in cupboard is inside the bedroom but it is actually inside the toilet. How do one excreet in the very same room where the rest of your clean clothing are hanging n packed in a cupboard right there.
There is no couch or chair to sit on in the room.
I will not come back to this place ever again. Sleeping in my car would have done me more justice, given me more peace of mind and provided me much more security,...

Like on arrival the lady at reception didn't know how to resite speed point paper did we not spend 30 min or so trying to help her... eventually paid into owners account.... the pillows were made by some granny somewhere they like so hard an pieces of sponges inside....I was on my way to my comfy xilumani hotel then got side track to this crap. The place has bed bugs for days... all I wanted was a shower for the day since I was attending a funeral an just wanted to freshen up but shower was also not up to standard. Haibo I will not recommend this place to any person. That lil spider if it bites could have bitten us... yoh never again. Maybe I am not the target market cos wow...

I am so disappointed in the staff responsible for booking the events. How could they book 2 different events at the same date, time and area ? Mind you, both the events had big sound systems.
On Saturday the 28th of September there was a wedding and a birthday celebration. Both of them took place at the swimming pools area. When the Pastor was busy officiating the matrimonial service, the other guys were busy dancing to the song "Haka Matorokisi" and it was so annoying.
