Shamba Lodge — Hotel in Greater Giyani Local Municipality

Well done to the owner for this place. The rooms and the bed are proper. The only problem is the Cleaners, i was booked there for 2 nights. 1st room was 5 star, clean and spacious just the shower door was leaking water out. In the morning we reported the concern to the cleaners and left. Came back at 11pm to an uncleaned room ( apparently it was not cleaned because we left with the keys). We then moved to another room that was dirty, sticky floor, dirty and sticky counter. Worse they placed wet towels on the bed. We managed to get clean new towels however the room was dirty, floors not mopped and the counter not clean. Again it’s the cleaners that are...
