Mashutti Country Lodge — Hotel in Greater Tzaneen Local Municipality

Check in was smooth and easy and since we were the guests at that time we had the restaurant for ourselves where we were served very well by Donald. Room is very wide but a bit empty, basic, we missed a little table and chair to work with the laptop, some pictures on the wall . Every day there was something missing, first day it was towels and bathrobe for 1 person, 2nd no coffee refilled. The view from the balcony was disrupted by a banana tree, swimming pool upfront was under renovation, later we found others in good order somewhere else on the premises. During our stay there was a wedding, very loud guests playing music and talking loudly until after midnight at the front of room. Easy to reach, strategically sited, magnificent views and position, genuinly friendly and reliable people, comfortable, idyllic, peaceful, in contact with nature - be prepare to familiarize with shimangos and birds -, wi-fi capability, all comforts, food is good. I'm simply giving four stars because I believe threre's always room for improvement. I took a shot'left to Tzaneen and couldn't have chosen a better place to rest. The service is out of this world. A fully functional restaurant with room service. The landscape is definitely something to write home about. I would recommend it to anyone going in that direction.
