Mowana Game Farm — Hotel in Greater Tzaneen Local Municipality

Beautiful farm. Pathetic service. Owners more worried about spots on carpets than overall cleanliness. Woodcabin in a state. Cutlery dirty. Used shaver left in shower. Dusty cobwebbs everywhere. Aircon non functional. Chalet 3 Blocked toilet on first day.We had to move to chalet one. There fridge door did not close. Had to wait for clean towels and bedding. Chalet 2 aircon non functional for 3days although previous guests had complained in September. Reason- dirty filters. To top it all we were in the firing line when permanent resident decided to shoot at geese on dam infront of chalet. Then informed that HE can DO as HE pleases as this is HIS property. WE WILL NEVER VISIT MOWANA AGAINBEWARE PLEASE DO NOT SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAY...
