Hillbillion Estate — Hotel in Hibiscus Coast Local Municipality

I arrived on Friday afternoon to an abandoned reception office. I walked through the restaurant and found a staff member, told her that I was checking in. She didn't greet me, turned around and walked toward the reception office, I followed her. When in reception office she started rummaging through reservation sheets without asking my name or reservation details. I found my own reservation sheet. She took the keys and stared walking toward the exit when I asked her to please communicate with me. She took me to my room and then left without another word said. On Saturday evening I order dinner from the restaurant and drinks from the bar, the staff were pleasant and helpful. On Sunday morning at about 7:30am I went to reception to check out and pay outstanding balance and again found an empty office. About 10 minutes later 2 staff members arrived, neither greeted. Another guest was in line ahead of me and it took him about 20 minutes to pay and check out. One staff member helped the guest while the other sat at a desk browsing on his cellular phone. This is by far thee worst hotel experience! So after staying at this hotel, being harassed by guests and dealing with the police at the end of my holiday i recieved an email, the lady Antoinette who handles the bookings apologized and offered a 50% discount on our next stay. After traveling a few hours finally reached the hotel in hopes of a better experience this time around, at 1am in the blistering cold my 3 year old baby along with the rest of my family were forced of the property, the owner and his wife denied everything that was promised and was absolutely rude. We have been guests at this hotel from inception sadly once the property has been taken over by new management it has become a racist and unpleasant place. It was just another trip for business which is now the norm. Upon arrival I found the establishment in darkness, load shedding. 'no generator' I'm sure at the rate of my single night stay, by now one should have a back up plan, or at least a generator. Room is a remembrance of the 90's, old tiles,previously white pvc fittings of the jets of the spa bath are now yellow. Cupboard and furniture needs refurbishment,2 single beds next to each other, one higher than the other. No brochure of the hotel /lodge,I had to ask what time dinner and breakfast was.
