I'm giving this institution 3-star rating mainly because of Miss Ntombela at reception. She is so professional. Without her good service, I would have rated it 1-star, because, 1. The advert says there is DSTV but I found OPEN VIEW, false advertising, 2. Showers have EITHER VERY HOT or COLD WATER, plumbing blunders make it very difficult to balance hit & cold water. The last thing I observed is lack of mats in the rooms, at the door and bedsides. The electrical plugs are also inconveniently positioned. If they can install one more plug under the table, down from the TV plug, it would be easier to work on the provided table. Otherwise, the roof is high enough to provide freshness in the rooms.
