what a horrible experience experience

I would never ask anyone to carry my baby especially at this time and age. we were not given directions to our room and ended up on wrong section while it was raining this resulted on me falling and hurt my knee our room had a toilet that was not working , in the morning we woke up with a pool of water in the bathroom because after they opened water it started to leak There was no curtain in by door anyone passing outside could see inside if lights are on, so we had to seat in the dark room. we were told check out time is 12 but at 11 they just budged and opened out room

In all this no one even bothered to apologise.

you know what all this is just not worth my energy, if you believe one side of what your staff is saying to you kudos, if your business don't accept bad feedback and learn from it well i apologize i should have just kept quet, i wouldn't have come here if you phoned me back like i requested and yes i will go next door next time :)...

I had a very bad experience here. I believe if you’re a guest you’re supposed to be given a remote for the gate and you may go in and out as you please. No, not here. If you come back late, you might stand outside until morning. You won’t be given towels, shower gel nor body lotion. No terms and conditions given during the booking, when I got there with my wife, I was told to pay an additional amount just because I came with my partner. The “owner” is very rude.

I would rate them below a star. The bedding is horrible. I mean, there’s no way I will ever book this...

From attempting to get a quotation we were given details by 2 of their employees.

Then we book and due to floods, we were not able to even enter the Ladysmith area and requested for a refund (No signs written No-refunds at their premises) and they refused to refund us.

We paid them for nothing as the weather was out of our control. I am highly disappointed!
