A really good night’s sleep “by die dam”. All in all actually a lovely Karoo experience. Warm welcome and HOT shower after a dusty ride. One star deducted because the “dam” is actually a windmill reservoir, which, on my visit, was only half full with green, slimy water that you wouldn’t want to put a toe into! Would defy stop here...
