Engedi Herberg — Hotel in Kgetleng River Local Municipality

Great house for group bookings Positives: Spacious, Everything you need in the house is there, Just bring your food and refreshments. We loved the sound system and the Lapa with Pool table there. Beautiful views with awesome sunsets. Both Male & Female caretakers are lovely people. Negatives: Swimming pool not cleaned in advance before our arrival, Jacuzzi was not working & didnt get much help from the caretaker, he seemed not clued up on how it operates. Pool table needs an upgrade, Maintain the leakage by the Lapa when it rains.

Apart from all the negatives, we look forward to making our return at Engedi with our group of friends again, looking forward to all the improvements.

We booked the whole house but 2rooms locked apparently the owner stored his things there imagine we had to make a plan wit sleeping arrangement. Pool was dirty never cleaned until we left 3nights booking. Jacuzz was working but water dirty not cleaned Worse the dogs everywhere nd i hate dogs da sit by the lapa couches and leave their hair everywhere couldnt use the couches by the lapa. The toilet upstairs dripping water couldnt flush. The cleaning ladies never came until last day house was so dirty we couldnt even find a mop to clean ourself . Did not enjoy the stay by this...

Listen people Engedi Herberg is amazing. Zelda helped so nicely we got everything we needed. The 2 helpers were quick and efficient. The house has been upgraded since we were there last 5 years ago. There is a pool, a jacuzzi, a sound system, a braai, a gas braai, a bar area. The house is so clean. There is so much space, the sunset is amazing. We will most definitely see you again AND it is...
