Did booking to be at the pool area, because previously stayed in rooms closer to reception but it was noisy Needed tranquility, BUT off course on day off arrival those rooms where Serviced/maintenance done. The Bed are too soft, pillows very bad, bedsheet torn at corner Limited TV Channels , watch movies /Netflix in my phone or laptop I know only a 3 star hotel but can be so much better For the money thus should be a 4/5 star experience

We stopped to ask where we could buy some take away coffee in the town and the very friendly receptionist said we can have some right there and why don't we stay for breakfast. We did. It was a pleasant surprise having a small buffet breakfast, plus hot bacon, eggs, the best sausage and some mushrooms. We could make our own toast and there was butter!! Not margarine. The coffee was delicious too. We then met the Owner and her cute Dachshund doggie. We enjoyed our chat with her. A really worthwhile stop in the least...

The service at reception was good, but for the rest I was not impressed at all. The room had no bedside lights, the only lighting being six very bright downlighters. The bathroom, which looks out towards the hotel backyard, had no curtains/blinds and was simply painted white from the outside. Someone had already scratched off the paint for peepholes. The parking, some distance away from the rooms, is pathetic and is reached through the mentioned backyard which seems to be living quarters of hotel staff. Not...
