The place does not look as professional as it is on the adverts because of the following: 1.1 The place had a problem of Wi-Fi such that my boss had to use a room without it. 1.2 On Thursday nite there were guys or guests who came with alcohol in side the premises and were making noise drinking alcohol and sitting outside my boss's room, playing loud music right in the middle of the night until dawn. 1.3 This is not acceptable at our office as our work demands a quiet environment as we are dealing with auditing work, working on highly prestige work that needs one to fill concentrate on what he was doing. 1.4 If we knew what kind of treatment we was awaiting at this Lucolo place we would have cancelled our bookings immediately as it contravenes with the rules and regulations of our audit office. 1.5 As someone who organised this accommodation for the 3 of us, AGSA staff members, I was very embarrased and had to apologize profusely to my Bosses for the bad situation I...
   Read moreThis looks like a newly-built or renovated place, I hope they keep it fresh as it is now forever. The place is beautiful although the rooms are too small.. The glass doors are beautiful but they need to light blocking curtain over it as it disturb peaceful sleep.
The service is good and rooms are kept clean. The aircons are working perfectly. When I arrived the generator was working, but I got disappointed at night that it didn't kick-in during load shedding and not even lanterns provided.
This B&B is located in a dodgy area, you're safe when you inside, but I didn't feel safe on the streets unless you have a car. The place is about 2 kilometres away from the shops.
