Grand House Lodge Jeffreys Bay — Hotel in Kouga Local Municipality

Freddy gave us the warmest welcome on Friday afternoon. What a happy person with a beautiful smile. We had a choice of rooms but he recommended the one closest to the pool and he was right. Our room was immaculate. Sheets and towels crisp and white, bed so comfortable, beautiful decor and a much needed aircon. The pool was clean and well maintained. Grand House Lodge deserves a ten star rating. Our stay was wonderful. We were greeted with a heartfelt welcome from the owner. The accomodation is stylishly decorated and neat and exceptionally clean. The room has all the extra amenities to make your stay exceptional. We had a garden view with doors opening up to the pool. We had a lovely stay in Jeffrey's Bay and slept so well a bit farther from town out of the hussle and bussle of this busy and lovely little town. This is our second visit, and I have to compliment Anita at the reception desk! Anita has gone out of her way to accommodate us both times on extreme short notice. On our first visit Anita waited until late in the evening to assist us, and when I called to book again today she was as eager, friendly and helpful as the first time.
