officially the worst employee I have come across since travelling in February she was on her phone sending voice notes to her WhatsApp friends as I arrived so I wasn't even sure that she worked there. The next day she spent the whole day on the couch with the TV blasting and on her phone listening to all videos and music on loud. She also tried to make me feel bad by telling me that the Cleaner didn't arrive so she has to clean up the whole place by herself.. There were only 2 guests it wouldn't have taken long and youre doing nothing anyway. Then as I was leaving for the day after checking out but had time to kill I asked if she could lock the only guy that was protecting my bags from the road and she argued with me saying that she would be here all day and it would be fine ok but what if someone comes with a gun is she going to single handedly protect my bags with everything in them I don't think so... She also had no idea how to answer any of the questions I asked even give me a map or tell me where I am or how far I was for the from the beach where the supermarket was what the name of the main Beach was nothing. I felt very unsafe at night as there was no lock on my room door and especially the fact she wouldn't even lock the gate after I asked her twice and then locked it myself from the outside and gave her the keys and then when I came back at the end of the day she was sitting in the same spot with the gate Wide Open. Pathetic really.
Very far walk...

The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and neat.||There is a kitchen complete with all the needed utensils, a TV with a huge choice of DVD's and a games room complete with bar and pool table.||The showers have decent water pressure and the toilets are kept clean.||The hostel is about 2 minutes from the golden sands of the beach and 5 minutes from the local shops.||At night, Alex opens the bar and will go out and get any alcohol that you require if he does not already have it! It was my friends birthday whilst we stayed and not only did he get alcohol, he also rounded up guests from other hostels to ensure that it was a birthday that he would not forget!||The pool table is free and surprisingly decent considering it is not kept to international standards!||There is also an old skool PacMan machine that is also free to use (just ask for some more coins) allowing you to travel back in time and enjoy an arcade classic.||If you want to add your mark to Beach Bums, you are actively encouraged to write a message on the wall ensuring that your stay is documented for every other guest to see.||Just to top it all off, pancake mixture is whipped up and left on the side for you too cook breakfast for yourself in the morning!||Nothing is too much for these guys, I wish I could have...
