Mkomazana Mountain Cottages have a lovely and relaxing farmhouse atmosphere, and it is ideally situated for those who wish to tackle Sani Pass. The cottages are well equipped if slightly outdated, and the gardens offer tranquil views of the Drakensberg and the valley leading up through Sani. Fresh scones are delivered daily, which is a nice touch, and the cottages are fully serviced. Generally, this is a comfortable and family friendly place to stay. We are already planning our next trip back, in February next year, and can honestly recommend the resort to anybody looking for peace and quiet. There is no cellphone reception, and if you could find some, you are indeed lucky. I wish the hosts the best of luck, and see you soon. Regards. Eddie and...
