Review for Premier Resort Sani Pass ⭐️⭐️ (2/5)
My stay at Premier Resort Sani Pass was deeply disappointing, and I can only give it 2 stars. While the natural scenery and some staff members were commendable, the resort fails to deliver on even the basic expectations of a four-star establishment.
The Negatives: Lack of Amenities: The resort offers only around 10 pool chairs for over 100 guests during peak season, no chairs around the lounge, and no umbrellas for those sitting on the lawn. Such glaring omissions make it difficult to enjoy outdoor spaces. Dining Issues: There’s no room service or in-room directory. The à la carte pizza service is supposed to stop at 4:30 p.m., but this timing seemed to change arbitrarily. Food options are limited to a massive buffet with very few vegetarian choices. Worse, the resort regularly runs out of basics like pizza, chips, and drinks—an unacceptable issue for a four-star property. Understaffed Dining: Breakfast was chaotic, with a single person handling eggs, resulting in waits of over an hour. Waitstaff were nowhere to be found, making it a frustrating experience. Noise and Atmosphere: The lack of a private adult lounge or quiet-time rules makes it impossible to escape the constant noise. Children run around screaming well into the night, and the resort feels more like a chaotic playground than a relaxing retreat. Even the movie room was unusable because children were locking the doors. We had to retreat to the conference center just to find a moment of peace. Activities and Entertainment: There were no planned New Year’s Eve activities—a shocking oversight for a holiday stay. Advertised activities for adults never happened, leaving no options for relaxation or engagement. The resort desperately needs a separate children’s pool to provide some balance. PLUS THE WIFI IS SHOCKING! Attention to Detail: The resort fails to pay attention to critical details that would enhance the guest experience. Running out of food, a lack of adult spaces, and a general lack of organization are all glaring issues.
The Positives: • The cleaning staff and front desk team were friendly and professional. • The stunning natural surroundings offer some solace from the resort’s numerous shortcomings.
Final Thoughts: This resort needs serious improvements. It feels more like a chaotic playground than a relaxing getaway, making it unsuitable for adults looking to unwind. I’m genuinely shocked it has a four-star rating, as the experience falls far below that standard and should be reassessed. Unless you’re traveling with children you want entertained 24/7, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I certainly won’t...
Read moreWe recently had the most remarkable weekend at the Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel and we cannot recommend it enough. Not only did we have the opportunity to get engaged in the stunning Sani Pass mountains, but the entire experience was simply unforgettable.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They ensured that every aspect of our stay was taken care of and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered.
The highlight of our weekend was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the Sani Pass mountains. As we stood there, hand in hand, surrounded by snow-covered peaks and untouched beauty, we knew that this moment would stay with us forever. The view was simply awe-inspiring and provided the perfect backdrop for such a special occasion.
Dancing in the snow was a magical experience in itself, and little did I know that my partner, Arno, had a surprise waiting for me. As we swirled around on the frozen ground, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was a moment filled with love and joy that words cannot fully describe.
The Premier Resort Sani Pass Hotel also impressed us with its remarkable amenities and great food. The rooms were luxurious, providing a comfortable and cozy space to relax after a day of adventure. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, catering to all our culinary desires. We indulged in both local delicacies and international favorites, and every dish was prepared to perfection.

Read moreWe recently visited Premier Resort Sani Pass on a family holiday and we were extremely disappointed with the hotel and the overall experience. When we checked into our room at 3pm housekeeping were still busy making up the room. We only realised that evening when we were going to bed at 9:30pm that the door to our hotel room wouldn't lock. Maintenance couldn't fix the door so we were eventually moved to another room by 10:30pm - that room hadn't been cleaned properly from the previous guests - there were still dirty glasses and other items left behind.
The service in the hotel restaurant was appalling. For lunch we ordered a chicken salad, a hamburger and two pizzas from the menu. We were told the salads were not available, there were no pizza bases and that although we could order the burger it would not include most of the toppings as they were out of stock. Basic beverages like coke and iced tea were also not available. I asked to see the F&B manager who said they had been very busy so they didn't have stock of most items! He then said he could do one pizza as long as it was a margarita and substitute the salad for a toasted sandwich. When it arrived the pizza was made from cheddar cheese and chopped tomatoes and the base was burnt. The toasted sandwich was also burnt.
Most of the hotel's amenities are clearly not being maintained. The golf course is practically unplayable - the fairways haven't been mowed in weeks, a number of the greens don't have flags and the bridges connecting several of the holes are "closed" for maintenance. The swimming pool was green and the tennis courts are derelict.
Eventually I asked to see the rest manager who called me the following day. He asked that I email him my concerns when I get home so that he has it in writing. I pointed out we were still due to stay there for another 2 days so a number of these issued could be addressed before we left.
It was such an unpleasant experience we decided to leave a day early. After mailing the resort manager with my concerns when we got home, he replied with a two line email saying- "I have discussed this with my team and would like to offer you 20% compensation on your stay in terms of a refund.
I have forwarded my account details to him 2 weeks ago - still no sign of the refund. They seem determined to compound an already bad experience.
The location of the hotel is spectacular but sadly we certainly won't be going back...
